About Laetitia
Laetitia (Lay-T-sia) Tiani Vessah cares about people and wants to improve their lives through business.
She learned about service from her dad who founded a business and reinvested profits into community centers in their village.
She developed grit when she immigrated to the US at 9. Laetitia learned to ask for help and was relentless in her pursuit of excellence. As the oldest, she wanted to lead by example.
Laetitia learned how to run a business at Procter and Gamble. She led multifunctional teams on projects that met customer needs and increased sales for billion-dollar brands. Her proudest professional accomplishment? Applying those lessons to Connect SA, her family’s business in Cameroon.
Laetitia earned her bachelor’s from Harvard College and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Leo Legacy is named after Leontine, Laetitia's mom and hero. When Laetitia's dad passed suddenly, there was no succession plan. Her grieving mom stepped up as CEO of Connect. Today, the 30-year-old business continues to beat the odds to remove tech barriers for enterprises operating in Cameroon.
